i actually posted this stuff couple of times alrdy.
the sum of potential mmr win or loss is (used to be) 50 in all cases except for +/-5 games, cz if the other team wins them, it can be anything in between 45 and 49 pts. doesnt make much sense, does it?
however, its still more reasonable than losing 42 points when you win against a stack 400 pts above you on average with a leaver on your side, cz according to the system leaver loses same amount of points as the loser team does, and in party queue all the party members get same points as their leaver, so we get a 10-man minus fucking 42 points game.

+/-48 = +/-5
+/-47 = +/-5
+/-46 = +/-5
+/-45 = +/-5
+/-44 = +/-6
+/-50 doesnt exist, i think.

every game should be the same as a "calibration" match.
if we lost that game we SHOULD get -200 points.
and they should get +200.
ofc if we lost that and aren't retards it would just be that fluke 1/1000 game, so we will get our mmr back adn they will drop.
but capped mmr is the reason why mmr is so fucked.
im a firm believer EVERYONE's mmr is +/-1000 from what their rating is because of this system. it only works if u grind solo
I've had several people claim to get mmr change of over 50. Is there some way to confirm is this is possible? The most I've seen personally is 48.
Getting +48 is insanly rare Often even if its even 500 difference or even 1000 difference it will not be more than + 42-45.
