as he says, any core hero. but most effective on:
1- cores who have items or skills for escape (which means if u are alone among the enemies and u are respawning from aegis, u can escape after, otherwise its a waste, they kill u again)
2- or on tanky heroes who are durable and need effort to be killed twice.
i can say for example lc,ta,ursa, trax, clinkz, void and .... for part 1
and spec,axe, timber .... for part 2

So the best plan would be to pick AA everygame and steal aegis, or rush armlet and kill him yourself for some easy MMR points. 99% means winning 99 games out of 100 which should give you your desired 1k MMR in 39.6 matches (have to abandon the last match at 60 minutes so its just 60% of an hour).
well, i didnt notice that. And theres 3% of stpd ppl whos still hold the aegis even on losing
