The simple answer is: You did not play good enough. To stay and move up to VHS you need to have big impact on games. Getting those easy kills and KDA do not count. However its nothing unusual to jump up and down between HS and VHS. I did this too and is now in VHS. I jumped up and down pretty often but now I got all VHS.
LOL! Who cares about NS/HS/VHS? Just play the game and enjoy it instead of asking questions like this. Gawd! Stop looking for something to gratify your personal ego.

the correct answer is, you didn't win enough games to keep yourself in vhs. nothing else matters, only match results change your bracket
