did you expose it on your dota profile?
even then, it comes with delay.

I think he means why you cannot see other people's mmr.

yasp already have it but i think its a good idea, then u can turn on and off on the settings. try ask mod

They only have one way of getting it at the moment, and that relies on you setting your MMR as your ingame profile visible stats.

Go to your DotaBuff settings and read up about it under 'MMR Tracking'
