Im playing in sea. I tested my download speed and it's fine, 15 mbps. But when i play dota, i have like 50-80 ping and after 5 minutes or so, the packet loss goes up to 80% and the game freezes for like 20 seconds then everything is back to normal. Then the cycle repeats
And I have fast connection I can play dota while downloading and no packet loss, usually. But now. Wtf is happening
actually ive been experiencing this too but it was my signal being weak
but im having some weird issues even now

My ping is going up to 188 from 50ms. And the worst is I'm having 85% packet loss for like 10 seconds then goes back to normal
