So you don't get "stuck" in an MMR you don't belong really. You calibrate and then just keep playing ranked. Grumpy calibrated and then played a lot of normals. Be at your mmr now, improve in your ranked games and you will climb. Keep in mind the climb is absurdly slow. At 51% winrate it will take you 101 games to actually gain and keep +25 mmr.

most smurfers have alot dota games(versus good players, not 2k and 3k) and they don't need to wait you obviously do so you should wait players know that if they are ready no one said miracle to play more unrankeds before rank .
All these idiots "stuck" at X mmr if you are good enough you dont get stuck i went from 1.3k to 4.1k in 6months or so without playing ranked that much

Does not matter to me. I got calibrated at 4.4k. My highest peak was 4.7k average. I calibrated it right after I reached level 20. If you're good at this game you really do not have to wait to calibrate. Since people say there's a maximum limit with calibration. I'm gonna grind up now. It is way better to play ranked matches than normal matches. Especially, if your mmr is 4k+. You will learn more in ranked than normal matches. People are more responsible in ranked matches. In normal matches it is very hard to find pretty good match. Even tho, I play against 4.2k-5.5k(sometimes 6ks, 7ks). I still would play ranked over normal. People test shits in normal you know that right? I would say if you know you're noob, then just keep playing normal until you get better. If you know you're above 4k+ then you should just calibrate it and grind from there.
Does not matter. The best advice I can give to you is monitor your games. For example, if you play your main account for 200 games and all you get is normal skill, make a new account. Cos there's no way you'd move up. After you have create numerous accounts and found out that you're still in normal skill, then I am afraid you only belong to 2k. Same goes for high skill players wanting to get to VHS.
I am level 46 in Dota (not trophy level, dota level),
And still have no MMR (single MMR or party MMR).
And I'm happy with that.

last nyt, i ask miracle- on his twiiter about 10 games (tbd) . I ask his advice if should i Calibrate Immiadtly if i reach the lvl20 badge.. He told me that its better to skip it and play more normal games until u r ready to calibr8. "ready" in a way that u alrready understand the game, hereos Etc.. Miracle- play 500+games b4 he calibr8.. (according to Miracle-)..
