I have been searching single draft and betting 500 tokens. They all bots in single draft if you search late.

Is this bots? Or just some1 hosting his own 5 man stack party to get alot of low MMR? Or is it scripted bots that stack up and queue by themselves?
- They didnt say anything
- They didnt use any spells at any point in the game
- All 5 heroes went to the jungle for the first 10 mins of the game before some1 eventually died to a tower
- They paused the game constantly whenever they had the chance
