It's your attitude. Trash talkers generally lose. You ruin your teams morale and never improve yourself because you waste your energy focusing on how others should improve rather than how you should improve.
Think of it like this. When you carry, the guy supporting you has the same skill as you when supporting. When you support, the guy carrying you has the same skill as you when carrying.

Youre always thinking that your the best in your team . Which in reality your not always the best in team. Saying stuff like when I supp my carry sucks and when I carry my supp sucks isn't going to do any good. Plus nobody likes a trash talker
