It's kind of hard to justify a low winrate support pick in pubs. If you have a specific strategy in mind, go for it, but remember that Oracle suffers when it comes to contesting Rosh in particular. Dazzle is great against strength heroes with low armor which are always popular.
On the other hand, if someone on your team feeds and you didn't grave them, you gonna get flamed
oracle is better on the right picks and the right team and on the right hand
dazzle is a kinda stable hero to pick that is quite easy to use and useful in most lineups right now which consists of alot of no armor str heroes
Oracle falls off to early compared with dazzle, oracle game peak its at 10-20 minutes, and a dazzle can save anyone until the end of the game.
Plus oracle ultimate is far weaker than it used to be when he was put on in the game, and now he needs his aghs to get into the game.
Oracle is like AA, he has a lot of low cd spells but his mana pool isnt amazing, the cost might be less but still it suffers if he needs to defend to much or be agressive.
In the right hands id rather have a good Oracle than a good Dazzle.
As shallow grave you get down to 1 hp you are most likely dead if any enemy survives. With Oracle you atleast can go straight up to full hp if done right.
But it also depends on your strategy. Dazzle has better aoe heal and burst while Oracle has more single target burst heal
my boy stan king is going to be the first 8k support-only player and he spams oracle
