aoe doesnt increase only cast range

with oct, you can keep 4 empowers up at the same time, seems 1million times better than aghs

but u should reconsider it also effect ranged heroes, not that useless imo

Only worth it in poor composition teams, where you have a magnus, drow, windranger or other ranged heroes. And it will still not be core item, untill you have enough positioning items.

no it doesn't. reverse polarity is a non-targetted spell that doesn't have it's aoe increased. that doesn't mean the reverse statement is true either though. black hole is a ground targetted spell that also doesn't have it's aoe increased either. spells that have their aoe increased are ones with travel distance, for example lina's dragon slave, jakiro's dual breath, ice path and macropyre and queen of pain's sonic wave to name a few.
