Yeah and very useful CD reduction that tinker needs very much alongside that +25 damage. Who cares about that +50 mana regen from bloodstone and ez respawn time and shit from bloostone AMIRITE
Octarine is one of the worst items to get on tinker. I'd rather get a fucking shadow blade.
Divine Rapier will be better, awesome +300 damage, you can kill magicimmun units and heroes
Bloodstone's best aspects are its mana pool, mana regen, and death timer reduction. It also builds straight out of a sol ring, which is core on Tinker. Finally, Oct. Core's CD reduction is pretty much useless and is more expensive.
from least important to most important
1) you already have soulring
2) you dont need cd reduction, at all
3) mana regen > mana pool
4) bs costs way, way less
5) infinite suicides
6) death timer reduction
tinker relies on the death timer and buyback much more than any other hero does, except may be storm.

Why bloodstone instead of octarine? octarine gives more mana and int that tinker needs. Tinker refills on the base
