Not sure what are you talking about, I see Tiny at least once or twice a week in my games and about the same amount on the competitive.
He used to be tankier before they nerfed craggy exterior a couple patches ago. He seems to die a lot more now
He is still good, especially with echo sabre. You just hardcore jinxed yourself though. Here comes a five game lose streak to the landshark that is shadow blade echosabre tiny ;)

Just watched S4 pick Tiny , and it occurred to me , holy shit I've totally forgotten this hero exist ! Even in my pubs , I haven't seen Tiny in over 2 months . I think this is the 1st time I've seen Tiny in the pro scene in quite a while . What happened to tiny ? He used to be so popular . Why is he so undesirable nowadays ?
