Normal skill best is null x3 branches x2 shared tangos. Bottle, wand, PT, Orchid and infused raindrops against spell heavy targets or Bloodstones and afk farm for 20-30min mark, BoT, the rest is just luxury: skadi, desolator, bloodthorne, bkb, linkens, shiva, hex, aghs, refresher, necromonicon, veil of discord, dragon lance.
do not really afk farm for 20 minutes
remember that storm's dmg output is mostly magical, so it will wane in time as enemies gain more hp (20 minutes is a huge time window in which u should be a pressure monster) unless you invest in mana items to sustain more overcharge ticks. its easy to get 150 cs in 25 minutes and be able to kill at least 4 heroes at the same time.
there are games though where u just have to get fucking linkens asap
and some games where u dont get bloodstone at all (remember that ball lightnings activation cost is a percentage of max manapoints)
Wtf do not get any of those luxury items lol. Just get bottle, boots, soul ring, wand, treads bloodstone, orchid, linkens, shivas. I doubt you will even be able to hit the pig with hex. Don't fuck up early game by zipping on everyone and then being underfarmed with no items just get bloodstone ASAP ROCKY. Star with null tangoes order a salve.
pt > bloodstone/euls (against silences) > orchid > linkens/shivas/hex/bkb(all of these depending on the situation what you need more) > bloodthorn > moonshard > bot's > refresher (as 7th item very late game)
in 2k it's more beneficial to get orchid first. More free kills instead of a bit faster farming with bs.
treads sr orchird bloodstone bloodthorne is the 2k stomping build i think, orchird pays off better than bs in 2k games where you need to create abit more space and enemy is always out of position
Pt,wand,bloodstone or orchid 1st depend on youre game but i usually get both after that either bkb or linken for late game shiva or hex
i'd pretty much always buy bloodstone
im not so sure about orchid being core, there are some games where you shouldnt buy it i think
^Most of the time VHS players (im speaking from third person view) go for orchid due to the fact that they are efficient in doing the most dmg in 5 seconds to get the 30% dmg taken proc to be exceedingly high w/ orchid. Normally Sumail would rush Orchid until later finding how fast he could farm with bs and still have high kill potential without orchid. Just saying...
Rushing orchid has been shit since 6.85 when storm ulti got nerfed into the oblivion.
