Play against bots. When you see the stupid things they do, you will feel much better about your previous teammates :P
i rage at bots as well that dazzle that never graves or the omni that doesnt heal, only to get kills
Before solo queue, play support heroes with bots for some 10-15mins. Your normal match making should go fine, without raging. xD
and the best bot to test your patience is Tiny. ^_^

well, i did not play much after the update. 1-2 matches i played for 5-10mins, this is what i noticed.

The only way to win is to be like water, you have very poor farm on the carrys, and you are too agressive.
Be like water mold yourself to each game, play each time diferently.
Experiement new roles, new ways to play the game.
And then win.

i just fucking hate dota, play sup, brainless carries, ward the whole map for 1 hour they dont give a fuck, and the fucking mirana, never bought 1 fucking ward, because we needed anothe fucking carry.
Why in these last games i just get braindead people, is that abbandon fucking valve put me on the shadow pool it cant be.
But NS players usually fuck up a whole Lot.
And After that they go complain about others who did the Same.

i dont know why this happens every time i get a abandon in a game, the next 10 games are full of retards, this system is to fucked up, you get like a week of shadow pool or more.
I never said i was fucking perfect, but those last 3 games, pick choices, roles are just fucked up, 2 games where people just want to carry and 1 that they just want to carry with sups.
And even on my ns bracket this shit is rare, you always get 2 people wanting to sup, and mostly play other roles( at least on the brazil server)
The truth is, in solo que, yes being a good player allows u to climb of course, but u need to be preparedfor the worst most useless teammates all the way until 6k mmr.
Even at 5.5k i get pure retards who are lvl 4 with a carry at 12 mins, or an axe jungle who farms all the creeps i need to pull and farm off when i play support.
People who dont fight for 25 mins then when they decide to fight, they ruin ur 15 kill advantage.
The toxicity Never ends in solo que.
Be prepared and expect the retards.
Play ur best and u will win 60%+ of ur games.

So i always used dota to "escape" to my happy place, especially now with university, and those gigantic works, and the shi_t fuc_king tests, but for this weekend i couldnt play, when i see someone do something shi_t, playing a hero like another, or just turning off all the info of the game and afk farm, something inside me just goes berserk, i get so mad, its not even funny, i almost punched my pc today ffs, the rage is fucking real.
Its all started when i wanted to play a roaming riki, but them the team didnt pick a safelaner, and one of the fucking sups go jungle, so i had to fuc_king play as a fuc_king hard carry, something that i dont want to do in that fuc_king game, i just want to see my fuc_king immortal, get some kills stay chilled but no, them we lost, funny thing i was buying the fuc_king sentrys and wards for most of the game, because my sups need to fuc_king farm, why the hell rush aghs on cm, when your manapool cant take it.
Them the next game, i had a daily quest on lc, and since she is so op ( http://www.dotabuff.com/topics/2016-06-19-legion-commander-balanced ) i decided to go jungle, funny thing, our wind that wanted to play solo offlane needed to go mid, and them the zeus got the solo rolo, we got 2 last picks from a party (that i already had played with and they were muted, for beign fuc_king cu_nts), spirit breaker and last pick lifestealer of course, them they lose the fuc_king tower to sniper(+FURION AT 3 FUC_KING MINUTES WTF, them i proced to call ganks but the fuc_king lifestealer inside sb combo just ganked random people never helping me, plus the zeus with the awesome ks ultimates was fuc_king epic.
I dont get it, in 2 games i lost my faith in mankind
