General DiscussionNeed some technical help with the lag!

Dear fellow Dotabuffers,

During matchmaking, I am experiencing severe lags.

FPS/Ping -----> 30-60/14-15
Packet/kbps -----> 0/0

I checked whether the problem was with my internet on speedtest.net

Ping: 14ms Download Speed: 33.69Mbps Upload Speed: 80.6Mbps

Ingame video settings: Use basic settings ---> Fastest
Network quality: I have low-end network

Also, whenever I try to spectate qualifier games ingame, it gets stuck at the loading screen and after some time "connection timed out" box pops up.

I'm totally at sea. If anyone of you have experienced similar issues in the past, would you be kind enough to help me in recognizing the issue.
