Get someone to teach you or watch guides, and read the whole wikia ( Items, Heroes and mecs )
Just remember that when you make a new account, just pick cores every game. Get high hero damage and avoid deaths as much as possible. Play safe. Try to spam spectre. This is my smurf account and I spammed spec since the first game of this account. I calibrated 4490 and now I'm 4762. But spectre is nerfed a bit since badman era though.
In your new account make sure you have a high KD,GMP,EXP,HERO DAMAGE,CS and if the dota ask you if you have played dota 2 before pick ' I am new to dota 2' that way dota will pair you up with beginners. GL HF on the new account. Make sure you spam one hero that you are comfortable with and win easily.
well i think its better if you pick i played dota 2 bcs if you pick new to dota 2 you will placed on lower bracket.
and it will ruin a new player experience...
