Its great, I went down 2k mmr after calibration and am having so much fun in international ranked rofl
The international ranked is a seperate mmr so if you calibrate international it wont effect the mmr you have now. If you play enough games you can choose wether you want to replace your old mmr with your international mmr. so i would say that there's no harm done if you calibrate international mmr because you can choose wether to keep it or not.

I am at 3k and constantly playing in high skill , so I want to know if I calibrate again I may get above 3k. I mean I think I improved a bit. if its worth to give a try ?
