Damn won $270 yesterday, lost $370 today #sadface and still no treasure II. At this rate I won't be able to afford any hats when they come out. If they come out...
Also last year I recall you could just buy the treasures so nothing was truly rare or that hard to obtain. This compendium is quite different as each treasure (one per 30 levels) costs much more. As most players won't level passed 125 and treasure II's only start from Level 100 they will be scarce and unlike previous treasures should hold high values provided a reasonable effect. I do hope they keep it this way instead of opening it up for unlimited purchases in the last couple of weeks to rake in more sales.
Actually now I think about it the Weekend Battle Cup was advertised to start in June. This is the last weekend of June so that should probably of been a sign they were running behind schedule.
I'd be very confused if It came out later on some other 'random' day if it's true maybe @Cnboxer is right and they have some sort of issue with battlepass. Who knows :/

@Steve97 Buy levels, the new immortals although I don't like most of them are all icon/effect and once again require the average joe to spend $100. Also I like the golden riki and invoker. If you get them thank the Lord Gaben. Don't even play invoker but it looks so awesome I would start.
Are you able to predict regular immortals prices form treasure I, II, III after they become tradable? How about not investing in buying levels and wait for treasures to become tradable and simply buy like 40 of them? Isn't it more reasonable than throwing 90$ for 7 treasures II and 7 treasures III?
It is always cheaper to just buy the items. You can wait a year and get them even cheaper if that's the case. But what happens if you want them now? Also, if you going for the aegis of champions and plan on selling it then there's no reason to get everything now and potentially gain some extra.
It's also about supporting the dota 2 community and Valve. Not really a lot of money to level up to 1000. If you work that is.
