The Dota 2 API has been having issues for about 9 hours, causing us to fall behind in gathering match data. We've reached out to Valve and are hopeful they will have a fix soon.
FYI there's a little notification on every page that says "The Dota 2 API is currently unavailable. Results from your new matches will appear once it returns." - I'll make some changes to make that more visible.
