thats achievable only by furion tp feeding and few more,
like, do you often get such teammates :D seems pretty impossible to me unless you are 100% into it and he will probably take at least 4 reports for that
but it does make a little sense for unranked ruiners, but they still can feed with courier and stuff or keep their deaths <min mark

i have idea how to estimate player trower.
if player dead more than minutes tham game auto "save to leave" or "not scored" and the trower auto send in low priority
example :
in 15 min he dead 15 x or more
15 min < 15 dead or more , so steam will auto send him in lowpriority
what do u think?
