Yea pro rating is dumb as hell and should be completely removed IMO since it often occours that you'll see someone with good rating and pro division who never even played that hero in pro matches, only pub.
So the solution should be to make competitive games give you x*amount of Diamond10 points you'd get for that hero varying on the tournament. For example for some IHL matches you'd get 2x of normal points and for TI 5x or 10x or whatever, but if you lose you'd still lose the normal amount of points.

Disclaimer: I assume the "professional" ranking gets assigned once players compete in at least semi-professional tournaments and its not determinated by skill.
Would it be possible to give the option to sort out players with the "professional" rating in hero rankings? Especially for popular heroes and those being in the meta for quite some time the top 100 are usually filled with mostly professionals.
As a plus owner I'd love to see how my performance on certain heroes compares to other pub players. I assume it wouldn't be too complicated to do either?
