when !Attacker is above 7k mmr while playing Kunkka that means this hero is fine, when he drops below 7k, that means Kunkka needs a buff.

This hero is kinda in a limbo right now., Good if with certain lineup, viable supp/offlaner maybe carry but i cannot see any lights of him in competitive scene. I really wish to see him in Competitive/ Pro scene as i know there's somethin bout him i really like.
Does he need any buff or should his skill set changes a bit (Like RIKI one's in the past) to make him a lot more usefull in a calculated/competitve Dota scene.
