No, Axe BM is the same. Call forces ppl to attack Axe, BM returns same type of DMG as source, attacks deal physical DMG. It's same.

Blademail returns damage before reductions. So an attack that would do 100 damage vs someone with armor that gives 50% block does 50 to the person being attacked and 100 to the attacker. Plus with a pure damage helix, axe is going to be rediculous.

So Axe with Blademail is going to be a rediculous thing. Enchantress with the new hurricane spear or whatever is going to be rediculous, and Gyro scepter is gonna be really fun, you can buy experience now??? I garuntee noobs will rage about other people buying it when they dont... so that's a game ruiner right there, TP scrolls down to 50 if you still dont carry one around you should be below 1k, Earthshaker scepter is going to be super funny to see. Also we have Skywrath mystic flare with scepter lasting 12 (yes, Twelve) seconds! Finally dp spirit siphon was nerfed as was invoker. The change I am most looking forward to seeing is how the new items are used, mostly bloodthorn and echo sabre. What change are you guys most looking forward to seeing?
