                  That CPU is garbage.

                    That computer is garbage.

                    1. Get a low end i5
                    2. Get a mid range card from either ATI or Nvidia (I prefer Nvidia)
                    3. Swap the 1TB for a 128SSD. Do you really need all the space?

I have played Dota2 maxed on a 570GTX, 660GTX, 760GTX, 770GTX, and a 980GTX and it all looks the same. Dota2 is not demanding so just buy an older mid/high end card which will be 10x better than a low end new card.

Link me the site you're buying from and what your budget is and I will build you something better.

                    Sir

Do what Badgersan said. I couldnt have said it better myself.

The issue is their selection of high end older cards is limited. Have only low end new stuff which is all garbo IMO.

For example, the cost of a r5 270 is the same cost as a 760gtx on another site which kicks the living shit out of the ATI card.

"Procesor FM2+ AMD Athlon™ X4 Quad-Core 830" this is what he wants to buy in 2015

Who buys an ATI/AMD anything these days.

                                  ------------------------------------------------

Focus on a very basic but very sturdy motherboard that can support future upgrades.
                                  Get a good intel CPU.
Get a good Nvidia card, while there are comparative options there are no decent ATI cards at comparable prices till you get to the R9 series.

For DotA graphics card doesn't really matter, get something mid end (GTX 950/750TI) it will do just fine @1080p max settings, but you need a decent CPU if you don't want your fps to drop waaaayyy down in crazy fights. But yeah just like havoc said I see no reason why would you go for an AMD card.

If you can find a second hand 670, or 760 then go for those. Always buy the top end of the last gen rather than the mid end of the most recent gen.

It would be actually better to buy used CPU with MB as well if you want to save some money, maybe something like i5 2500k or i7 2600k and then buy other parts like PSU, RAM, case, HDD and if you can CM 212 EVO (or something better) from that site and I don't think that would be over 550 euros, you can probably get it for ~500 with GTX 670 used.

^ Some sites have good priced "bundles" but he's limited cause of Serbia. I am pretty sure that someone on this site could forward ship if he found the parts he wanted.

He needs to try and keep it to Socket 1150 anything below and he's really taking a backstep. The sad thing about that is there's no going forward from a purchase. Even if he gets a shitty CPU if he gets the right socket he can upgrade it when he has more budget to put towards it.

There are many reasons why you would go for an AMD card, especially when you are in the lower end spectrum. Mantle does a shitton of work.
