I use like 6kg or 7kg right now 3x10reps, it feels to easy tbh, but I can't change it since it's hard to change the weights and I can't curl more with my left arm. (with that 21-exercise if you've ever heard of that)

then half curls, from 90 degrees up to your shoulder - 7reps
then full curls, extended arm to shoulder again 7 reps.

well as i said it also depends on ur body weight and ur genetic strength but if ure a starter id guess 12kg are fine for 8 reps
