pms treads aghanim blink hex. from there on depends on the situation sometimes. skadi eblade manta are good pick ups
dont get vlads mek. trash items (unless you support)
Some tip:

Avoid to pick him if there are Heroes who do A LOT OF damage with theyr speels 1 target (like Lina, Lion, Sniper [Who it's easy killable anyway, so don't mind so much if there is him in the game)

When you will be lvl 17 (and take the last level of the ulti) you will have the money for aghanim, 5 meepo ezy roshan.

Net can stop the invisible ones (and give vision), Stop canalizating skills (Even the teleport).
A lot of pratice versus bot is necessary (and they are even better than the people who will probably meet.)
^dude really if you build mek+vlads like 30000000+ patches ago, you might aswell play zapport.
rush aghs, get blink, kill ez targets, get hex>kill stronkk targets, if game to eeeezzzz get 3 skadi and just push to win.
yeah lol this is why i said on my site that if u're experienced with meepo, theres no reason for u to be below 5k. Meepo can utilize space like no other hero. You'll have space 50% of the games and so there's really no reason for u to lose if u know how to properly play the hero.
It only gets hard when your mmr is 5.5k+ when your team isnt good enough to give you space and you HAVE to create space for your team and carry super hard.
Sunrise, i saw your build and i don't think it's this much good.. Too many skadi and i don't know why. You have the slow okay but you will never regen your hp. And with my build i reach your hp and have regen too tranquill + stats = 20hp regen.

@Blunt in pubs, tranquils on a roaming meepo is still shitty altho not as shitty as on a carry meepo. When you build tranquils,
your hp stays at that shitty 700-800 till 30th min+ which is when you get aghs. You're gna get bursted right down every time a fight occurs if the enemy isnt terrible.
Especially if u build blink, u put urself in the middle of a fight, you want some HP to tank shit, to make enemies go like, "fuck, this meepo has over 1k HP, do we focus down this meepo or other supports first"
A lot of it is psychological too, u look so much tankier with 1k+ hp; they might hesitate on focusing u.
All Right if people want the Meepo build Here it is :
Go for ring of protection and shield and upgrade it to the poor mans shield which you should get like at 0:30 of the game since you have enough gold for it after that go straight for the Power treads then Scepter then blink after all these items i many times go Skadi to make all meepo's more tanky but if you already have a good game go for hex and then skadi i also went Assult Currias and so won a 63 min long game. thats pretty much all also you can go for Etheral blade for more poof damage but i dont recommend it..
I get power treds usually but if I play against Blood I get tranq boots, then I rush scepter and blink straigh after, at this point the game has 80% win rate. After that I get either skadi or BoT and finish

its easier to do with quickcast, but it will take u some time to get used to quickcast if u have never used it before.
there are also a lot of meepo players that use scripts for poofing but it fucks up most of ur binds and its trash imo
i started getting tranquils pretty much every game now (on carry meepo ofc). its hard from shitty. cheapest boots in the game, healing is actually really good if the lane is hard and 90 ms matters a ton when you stack your own camps from safe lane (it takes forever for meepo to arrive at the hard camp)
not to mention you get aghs faster that way.
edit: i start with ring salve tango clairty 2 branches. disregarding the boots cost, since you get them anyways, i get the ring for 350 and have my full boots. which is 600 gold less than i would spend if i were to go for treads. that 600 gold early matters a lot. later you want to sell them anyways for travels either way.

Its cheap, mobility so you can roam after, gives survivability, has regen which is useful as you can alternate meepos and you barely lose anything when you sell it. You could attempt to rush other items but whats the point? At that period of time you have like 2 meepos. You aren't gonna ball over any enemies. Take kills when you can but farming is the priority at this period.
Roaming around with 2 Meepos is normally not a good thing.

Because it's bad, if you're Meepo you want to be hitting / being hit by creeps nonstop so your tranquils will probably be broken the whole game

you have to be facing some serious scrubs or amazing with meepo to raise ur MMR with that hero. u can prob raise ur gpm with him more

well I could spend 350g and grab tranq or skip it all together. think spending 350g is worth it.
would skip it if I were to rush a dagger perhaps.
