Good: He's a very humble guy (I'd say) that is easy to reach. He's very helpful and doesn't usually restrict worse players to play with him. Helpful towards new players in many ways, coaching, etc. and is not one of those flaming (generally) bitches that people look upon as kids/tards.
The thing I respect most upon this guy is his personality. He seem to have a good education and days filled up with lot of things to do. Generally not bored/deathtime where he has nothing to do it seems. Manages to follow his schedule very well. Wish him the best.

@onewirhgun all my pl matches were before the balance, since then i only played in bot games i think, and i prefer the old one, but i should give more tries on it :D
but i really think that i deserve normal skill as my positioning sucks,i need to practice supports and i kind of fumble on high skill heroes (had to take a 2 month detour from dota recently)

My Advice: When playing support, you're doing no one any favors by dying so much. Shit happens and supports die a lot but the less you feed the easier you're making it on your carry to carry you. Err on the side of caution and make sure you're getting enough mobility in your item choices to allow you to position well or escape potential deaths.
Consistently in your games you're trying to tank out damage as a support with 700+ hp, this is completely wrong and perhaps dodging the drums and aquila for a Euls or Forcestaff would see you live a lot longer which in turn will allow you to help your team more.
In short, stop dying so much, play safe, farm where you need to, and be overly safe if you must.

Bad : your winrate as naga seems to be really low. i think you should focus on improving your decision making during game and your item decision making, i think it was the problem of one of your lost naga matches, that you went to late game but i think you might have struggled in decision making
Good: Time will tell, perhaps you should focus on witch doctor and find what it is that's successful about that particular hero and try and replicate it across your other heroes (Drow doesn't count). Focus on strengths and success and put emphasis on that.
Bad: New account in Normal Bracket, this is due to the weak heroes you're defaulting too and your overall play style. You're queuing weird modes on weird servers possibly due to desperation for a win but it's costing you heavily.
EDIT: You never buy blink on Legion or any hero for that matter. Why? You go straight for items you think will win you the game, and you force really bad item decisions. "Oh, I am dying a lot. Time to go Vanguard" or "I am a carry so I have to go Basher and Daedalus". You never get things like drums, Blink etc. on heroes where stuff like this is almost considered core.

^ well, that is kinda gimmicky to improve, i think you gotta review your games and try to focus in each mistake you make in order to improve :)

Good: Is the famous Havoc Badger. Large hero pool all with a relatively good kda and winrate.
