Good: Aside from the obvious great win-rates and KDR on carry heroes, your rise from Normal to Very High Skill in ~1k games played is very impressive. That being said, there are some cases where you play very few games per month. Do you have an alt, or just don't play the game as frequently?
Bad: The Rubick and Omniknight are pretty glaring with the less than stellar win %, and supporting in general doesn't seem to treat you well.
Good: Wow, that is A LOT of Void. Nice winning streak. Since there's a variety of roles on your most played heroes, I take it that you don't really "main" a role and try to be an all-around player, which is good.
Bad: Meh, I can't really think of anything. Maybe your win rate would be higher if you focused more on heroes you know well?
Edit: Since when did Lich become one of my top 10? I always thought Skywrath was supposed to be there somewhere >.>
Good: Snowballs very well with most heroes when the opportunity arises
Bad: few games, no micro heroes, dies too much in games where you don't snowball.
+ Seems like you have idea how to play that Rubick, however, I assume you feed a lot with him(and beign an support is not excuse for 1/20) - don't get me wrong, winrate is quite nice, I just think that, it could be a lot better, if you take some time and analize your deaths. Not nesseery, but if you ask me - bigger KDA/bigger winrate with hero.

Good : Solid winrate with everything - very high skill - support player - most of the games on your records page are wins - Arcane boot buyer over power tread, team player! - Aghs winrate
Bad : Longest lose streak < longest win streak - Many unqualified heroes, ones that aren't on most played or unqualified have low winrates as well. Do you mainly play heroes you win with? -
Good: Looks like an eager player that tries out different types of heroes. Probably should try out carries a bit more.
Bad: He has heroes he seem to do fairly well with.
Nightstalker: 87.50% winrate, Witchdoctor: 83,33% winrate and Jakiro 76% winrate.
