It might have something to do with your behavior score. Currently mine's around 4.5k and I'm trying to get it back up with turbo matches.
I have other account ready for recalibrating and also having the same issue. It is like any account that has below total game count like for example my other account that has less than 500 match will get a longer MM. I prefer playing with random party if that happen.
I read a reddit article it said that any new account or something having a big chance to get "treated" like a smurf account. Like having longer mm in rank , or something like that. I found that it only affect ranked game, the mm queue is normal on normal game
I also find that the "new account" will only meet with a player with the same "account level". I think this is the reason why it make the MM longer than usual. to solve these issue some people try to increase the level of the account like buying battlepass or something like that, also to increase the level of the account by having more matfch in normal game.
But I still recommended playing with party rather than wasting time grinding the level of account.
Start searching all roles you ruiner. Stop making new accounts when you're garbage.

My ranked calibration queue is taking 30-50 mins. I have played in legend bracket 4 games , and if this about smurfing I havent griefed a single game pre-calibration, have more than 4k hours in this game , have watched a lot of pro players stream and play professional games , Im pretty sure my skill beacket is min : high ancient
