u either take rosh or u save buyback. but sadly even immortals are too brainless for this. they wanna hit enemy tier 2/3 when win a fight or buying items when they are defending

^ this is the best solution but I was Sven. and they had pa and templar who could kill my allies instantly so I had to go in first
pick silencer and stay as back as possible. Use warlock's ult only to stop enigma's bhole. Use rubick's ult to steal its black hole and with dagger to counter it. Use bane's sleep/ultimate to disable bhole. Use veng's swap to swap enigma and stop bhole. Try to pick off somebody before big fight or if there's a big fight enigm's bhole is like 150s long u can always try and fight during that time. Even magnus can stop bhole with RP.
Don't care about it. Save buy back. If you die by BlackHole, you should buy back and start the fight. 
Just abandon the lane for jungle on early level or focus eidolons instantly when they spawn.
If she has decent micro, jut abandon the lane on lvl 3. You can easily get 80-90 cs from jungle 10min mark. Also against TA its important to take the dispell talent.

Try do do as many pulls as possible in the laning stage to deny exp and keep up with eidolons deny.
winter wyvern, silence, rubick, venge with refreshers . If you are a core obviously abyssal blade is the best option. But its hard since the cast range is reduced. Doom is another option if u are really good at positioning
