Its a mod that lets you disable cosmetics and some effects, I used to use it when my PC was potato, it improves performance too.
Same happened 2016 with Earth Spirit and (2017?) Dark Seer. They had cool effect but none seemed to play and care about them (in market, golden version of his braces only worth 0.20 usd dollar ameridoodly diddly) while we had 4 different pudge's hook immortal like they are printing their own money (not to mention countless of effect).

Since we're all hyped for the next Immortal Treasure II to be released, at least please valve would you give my poor boy Chen his first immortal item? I was suggesting giving an immortal staff to Chen that will give an effect to his 1st skill penitence
