I beat it just now, Ursa is basically core - stack enrage cooldown and duration and you become a basically unkillable tank for 50% of the time. Get a long range dps (Sniper is best but Weaver and Viper are also fine). Then the best 'supporting heros are Wyvern and Omniknight. Wyvern has amazing early wave clear with splinter blast, can save teammates with cold embrace, and gets super strong talents and does a huge amount of long range damage late game with bloodthorn, mkb, daedalus. etc. Omniknight builds auras such as Vlads, Greaves, Pipe. etc and helps keeps Ursa alive when enrage is on cooldown.

for me i tink ursa+viper is gud viper for the last boss since have no mres
uh,also after you beat the 2nd boss on stage 12 dont be greedy on the elite stages,just skip all elite stages and do normal ones
and wat parma say about auras also btorn+nulli is useful
ppl say nulli stuns the boss for 5s or someting
wtf u guys actually lose on it? i tried it once and won first time i picked sniper and our comp was Sniper/Viper/WD/Omni
Played 5 games or so and lost all of them, got him to 1/5 hp twice. I don't fucking know. Disruptor is also very good in this mode. I bought vyse for the boss but it doesn't do jackshit.
Apprentice I is easy.
1. All heroes buy Heart of Tarrasque and MS (for fleeing the laser)
2. Have one long ranged hero with high AS (for the cristals) - Sniper or WW
3. Have an Ursa and/or Magnus
4. If the health gets low, just wait healing then comeback to battle
5. Ez win
is it good to buy Maelstrom for Sniper early? suggust some early Items for Omni/Ursa/Sniper/Viper pls. I lost 2 times :/

So bf really is trash, right? I felt so weak with it even though it gives nice wave clear. But going bf into satanic takes so much time that in between the items you're weak af. I won with that build just cause I had a good sniper and my disruptor was a 7k hp beast lmao

Yes battle fury is trash. Your job as Ursa is to be a tank and have sustained single target dps, your ranged heros will be the ones clearing waves so battle fury is a bad investment

Also besides the fact that today I met the most dogshit, toxic apes in the world, not even I am that toxic to flame in a freaking summer event, more than a person flamed me for picking Ursa at level 2 difficulty, saying he's bad after level 1. Is he really useless? I'm tempted to try Tusk.
dunno if he's bad since i rarely see him but melee heroes are just harder to use well when most bosses have attacks that you need to react to, so keeping your distance makes it easier to dodge them, making ranged dps heroes more consistent.
I understand as that's what I thought too, but I wonder how 4 ranged, squishy heroes can survive and let alone kill aghanim. Will try though.
there is a bug in pangolier part i guess. someone told me use viper W on ground and ww used his cold embrace on sth (not sure what, i have autism i cant focus in chaos) and we somehow collected +11k gold each. :-/
@kowareta u can't focus in chaos, so how do u control the whole jungle with chen and get that win rate in immortal !

I'm pretty sure few patches ago Chen just had to exist with some passive auras and press mek to win every teamfight.

pretty much what this^ guy says, u only press two buttons and giving your team good auras.
@play for fun check his games, he has high winrate with chen,beastmaster, Lycan these days although it needs so much control on every single creep (specially in immortal :/) I think he's joking about ability of focus
