Bristleback is the first hero that came to my mind. With Huskar you have to toggle armlet, which is something that already requires much higher IQ than the 60 required to play Bristleback. Also DK and PA.
huskar isnt that easy especially rn where he sucks imo. the difference between a good and bad huskar is only like 100-200 hp honestly. dk is a good example i guess u basically just click stun on people and a-click towers and call it a day. but honestly most heroes fall into this broad category of like, moderate skill needed, at least imo.
Sniper the most straight forward to play. Click and shoot. Aoe wave clear. Steal kill ult
I would say Huskar is actually intermediate skill, you need to know when to engage and how to armlet toggle to make the hero effective at the very least. Sniper, Bristleback, Sven, Spirit Breaker, Dragon Knight, Phantom Assassin and Drow Ranger are all effectively 1 button press heros.
sniper is easy when enemy has bad positioning but i feel like there comes another point where if ur positioning is bad then u just feed.
Huskar imo is one of the trickiest to play properly.
I'd give the easiest per role :
Midlane? Viper (u will always win mid) Sniper (easy to last hit and secure farm) DK (u will never lose mid)
Carry? PA, Luna, WK, (people say drow but imo drow u need to be good at positioning or u'll die alot)
Support? Lion, Ogre (again heroes that don't require positioning awareness like CM, WD or rhasta)
Offlane? Bristleshit, also DK
lion requires positioning awareness too he dies in like 3 hits to everyone. dk is easy but he definitely does loose mid to cheese picks but usually does ok against most.
Huskar is the easiest hero to play in lane, sniper is the easiest hero to learn and play.
Bristleback - easiest offlane hero
Dk and viper and sniper easiest midlane heroes
Luna and pa - easiest carry heroes
Ogre and cm - easiest supports
I guess skill ceiling would be a factor here. For that, it's got to be Sniper. He builds non-active items, he doesn't have any innate skill plays. Offensive, it's just Q, right click, ult if someone's low and running away. If you're the one on the defensive, your options are move(run away) or stand and fight, right click.
AM is the most cancer to play against (4 sec blink is balanced right? i ban him every game, especially if im offlane cba getting my mana burned) constantly split pushing the map, hard to catch/punish and need your team to commit alot of cc to kill him, but is definetly not the easiest to play.
Lion doesn't require positioning awareness as in you don't need to worry about ur position or enemy killing u while u use ur ulti like CM or WD or rhasta shackles leaving him pretty much at mercy of enemy. Im not talking about tankiness here, only Ogre and to some extent jakiro can be considered tanky supports, all the rest die in 3 hits just like lion.
Oh like because he has skeleton actives now he is more skill to play? its the same shit its even easier now cuz u farm faster with skeletons, old WK ur farming was trash unless u went maelstorm.

and is(was) op, it's true he has 3 active ability but you want use all of them in a fight and he provides vision and free dewarding
viper and razor seem super easy to play and win a lane with, i remember when i started playing (2013 i think) the old riki was the easiest shit to play cuz noone bought any detection.
my bet would be zeus, you will most likely have a big impact even tho your positioning sucks and you can easily farm with your q even tho your farming skills suck
