Update number 1 : with the voice line of QoP's Arcana came out, we can now look in deep who are we dealing with.
1. I still haven't see any confirmed voice line whether B'kor is the unknown mind controlling hero or no. QoP even had a friendly dialogue with this mind controlling hero suggesting that this hero presumably not B'kor at all. So my only concern is that B'kor might not be an hero, but an Underlord instead (since he has strong ties to the demon)
2. Several new founding together with Ogre magi's Arcana and Zeus new voice response suggesting the creature supposed to be a Jungle "pet-able" creature. So the "feline" theory better told. Planetfall (Earthshaker's Arcana) suggest that the beast once had a master. So we will see more about this beast when Windranger's Arcana shows up
2A. However, the there was possibiity that the "master" has more indication towards the mind controlling hero since Earthshaker has mention that he expect more of this particular Master.
3. Further finding on Sorla Khan seemed to be much more clearer in QoP's Arcana and Ogre Magi's Arcana. The description suggest that a particular strong but not smart hero (much like Axe's bloodline) with "bad taste" (either clothing or partner) which further proven the Sorla Khan theory.
4. The technological maniac might have its weapon to be involving flame which concludes why Snapfire told this particular hero to put Black powder to its weapon.
5. "Which one are you again? I get confused." this QoP's line might either suggest that the mind controlling hero has an illusion creating ability OR the Keenfolk has more than 2 unit combined (much like techies)
With Pudge's personna, AM's personna and Windranger Arcana about to come out, we might saw more of this response and which proven the theory better

i didnt know there is a story behind ogre magi arcana, thats very sick.
does valve pay you for all of this? or you just advertising their stupid meaningless arcanas for free?
I am just interested in digging deep down. Also most of these heroes response are "new" which means they are already pre-recorded somewhere around 2019-2020, which also means they have begin concept-ed these heroes. And i have no arcana (maybe during battle pass might get one) but most of all, i just like this sort of stuff
Update number 2 : Investigation on long haul video game "Artifact" for in-deep lore and speculation on which heroes.
1. No findings on this particular hero. Only 2 artifact hero really match this hero which is "Prellex, Priestess of the Radiant" and "Kanna, Priestess of the Dire" but both neither to be considered as potential hero nor to be linked with this mind-controlling hero. B'kor seen as plausible candidate or entirely new hero.
2. A Particular beast hero have been spotted, but still a weak speculation. Rix "Leader of the Vhoul Rebellion" may fitting this beast hero. So another speculation has stirred, does all heroes mocking this beast in particular because he's a Vhoul? Vhoul is a canine-like race in Dota universe (known by the creeps Vhoul Assassin). Rix mentioned that the Bronze legion (Legion Commander Tresdin) adopted him as a pup. It is known that most of Vhoul is a "savage people" (which might be indication on his non-fluent speaking combined with growlish tone). Rix is green card hero which mean he is a supportive style hero who focuses on reentering battle quickly and has a single target silence ability. With more speculation, come an even more deeper speculation
3. With more personality unveiled, Sorla Khan has pretty much sums up her irrational behavior. Presumably she hates all 3 existing Oglodi in Dota (Disruptor, Axe and Warlock). Although it is unclear why she hates Disruptor, She hates Axe since many Red Mist's grunt killed by Axe and she hates Warlock due to his "books" bring nothing but destruction. She hate it so much, that during raiding, she burn all books that she find. She also become very much has Khan personality (raiding and pillaging for foods). Gameplay wise, nothing really new, but has been discussed beforehand anyway.
4. Now for a stronger speculation, goes by the Founding Member of the Society of Likeminded Keenfolk, Mazzie. Mazzie is a red card hero which mean has a strong early game presence (equivalent to strength heroes in Dota) who focuses as Anti-Pusher hero. On his card art, we can see that he has several similarities with timbersaw with more Defensive mecha version. Also he it seems that he have a blowtorch for tower fixing purpose (which somewhat pretty accurate description from Snapfire). My theory suggest that Snapfire obsessed by this technology due to no Keenfolk have a tower repairing abiltiy (as most keenfolk prefer tower pushing instead). He has somewhat good relation with Sniper.
We still waits for another "coming soon" to be "Purchase Levels to ..." as Valve has flooding in money but sucks at server management. Further findings will be uncovered
P.S. I am not promoting arcana or Artifact in any way, yet Dota has a very interesting yet underlooked hero's lore.
This all bery interesting keep it up.

Thanks, but of course i am merely doing this for fun (as in my term of fun is this). My particular interest is the beast hero. A bit backstory of our Vhoul leader is that Rix was one of Legion Commander's officer. He was one of many supposed to be defending the Stonehall. Legion Commander asked his people (Vhoul) to join and since he's the only person from Vhoul who can speak and understand both human and Vhoul language, he was set of together (i forgot his name). Once he reached home however, he backstabbed his fellow comrade and ordered a rebellion against Stonehall.

Update number 3A. : The Lore surrounds The Hunt and Dota Underlords
Another release of persona, means more voice over which means more lore, but since the file hasn't been cracked open (with 900+ freaking voice line) i am certain this would take a while. But in the meantime, a comic reading should do it.
Now the base line for the new heroes update now focuses towards the new comic "the Hunt" which linked down below.

Anyway let us start
1. Turath, the insane mage (quite possibly a smart Kobold or Snake creature). All he was known that this particular creature have a really great deal of magic. Strong enough to break open The Tyler Estate, Weeping Rose. New hero? might not be. This is probably a teaser for the "Summer Event" much like Slitbreaker. The only thing we know is that this creature hold Eeb's Grimoire. Momma Eeb is a very powerful creature known as the "Underlords of White Spire" (which unfortunately killed by Spy from Team Fortress 2). So we will see a connecting lore for "Dota Underlords" (Or maybe this is their new Underlords and we won't see more hero god dammit)
2. What is The Tyler Estate? It was supposed to be a prison for magic wrong-doer (particularly Mireska (Dark Willow) once imprissoned here) and guarded by the magic hater, Magina and Nortrom (Anti - Mage and Silencer). To have such power to break out from one of the best anti-magic prison would deal a ton of strong spell. If Turath would be our next confirmed hero, then this guy would have a pure damage skill (but still more likely as Underlords than a hero).
3. Anyway, lets talk about Dota Underlords. We have 2 strong candidate from White Spire, Enno and Annesix. Enno, the scavanger king has a fitting criteria to the beast hero. Can't respond much, wild, savage and could be tricky as an hero. Annesix on the other hand might be a strong candidate as the mind controlling hero as one of her signature ability makes a hero died under her debuff become controlled as her own unit (much like Shadow Demon's old Soul Catcher)
A bit dissapointed with the persona tbh. I wish it had some cool ambient effect or icon change with also drastic weapon change (i think they wanted to hide confussion from Templar Assassin but still). But i guess the budget went to the voice line so we will see.
Update number 3B : the in deep within responses of Abby from Last of US part 2 I mean Wei the Young Disciple
(fun fact : she was voiced Laura Bailey, one of the most experienced voice actor. She voiced several character such as Abby as aforementioned, Mary Jane Watson from Spider-Man 2018 game, Jaina Proudmoore from WoW and many more)
Brilliant voice acting, brilliant response, just not so brilliant model. Anyway we are uncovering some of the lore and covering some of the oversight since i am too focused on covering unused voice response instead of skimming any unheard name. (much llike Wukong mentioned the "other brother" from the spirits)
1. We are now coming to a near conclusion that Rix from Artifact can be confirmed to be our new hero based on the line "I didn't know these come in friendly variety" which really contradict from Enno. So Vhoul's leader is still very likely to be one of our confirmed next hero.

wait wrong line. One of the biggest oversight is that Kanna was actually a high likely candidate. The priestess of Dire has been mentioned to have mind controlling ability and she has the ability to break free from Radiant's bind. A couple of mention of this name is Juggernaut's response and Wei's response. Although different heroes mentioned, Juggernaut mentioned her to Phantom Lancer, while Wei mentioned her to Earthshaker (as he was mentioned to be the puppet of Kanna). Not much too learn from her response so carry on
3. A Kid? in the battlefield? new hero? i think not, it might be that she was supposed to respond to Invoker's persona. But doubts could still be very wide as Mazzie himself is a keen and very small so might be mistaken as a kid. A concept art also shown that Mazzie is inside a huge robot while he himself considered rather young (or i suppose immature behavior).
4. A part of that nothing learned much about the mind controller and Sorla Khan just an usual response of her behavior and other stuff. So not much of a great deal anyway.

Update 4 : Aghanim the mighty, Aghanim the wise, Aghanim the you talk too much old man.
Aghanim is here (well several days ago) and many speculate as he's the new hero. Is he though?
1. None of those heroes really matched anything with my man Aghanim the bullshit sunray. BUT i do have an interesting candidate to play along. What if i tell you our mind controller would be Slitbreaker?
2. Slitbreaker is a boss back in 2017 rougelike campaign made by Valve (named as the same) as the boss of act 2. Other bosses are reskin of OG heroes of Dota with few twist. Anyway Slitbreaker could be one of our man. Some of his skill revolves around mind controlling. His signature ability is Betrayal. Betrayal was a single target spell that causes our heroes enlarges and issued right click order on nearby heroes (to put it simply, it was reverse Winter Curse). Other lore indication has Slitbreaker an ability to mind control lesser minion for an extended amount of time(probably an AoE Holy Persuasion but has duration like Enchant). Other than that, not much to say about
3. So a what if scenario if Aghanim is a hero? So here's something. He has no OG ability except the Shard blast, Bullet hell, and spell disable. Imo, he will have a much more potent form of Spell Steal completely taken away from enemy heroes (maybe a much shorter duration or maybe returned after usage or destroying aghanim shards). Other interesting take is that aghanim could have 3 different from as Strength (maybe ogre or demon like), Agility (some sort of Phantom Lancer or Monkey King kind) or Apex (well as he is) all with different ability and interaction. Last one is Invoker duplicate with maybe different shard or something.
In unrelated news, Invoker is a father (from Auntie-Mage dialogue)
More or less, we probably will or might never hear from any of these heroes (at least until the doll and foot fetish kid is released)

So with the beauty of Dota 2 Gamepedia, we are now able to hear some of the unused (or yet to be used dialogue) line of several hero. So let us begin dissecting these heroes.
1. B'kor, Akasha's Brother
Introduced in the comic Eminence of Ristul, as QoP's Brother, B'kor is known as ruler of Court of Ristul. It is known that B'kor had an arrogant personality towards his sister. However nothing much to say except he hangout with Nevermore (Shadow Fiend) and Vrogros (Underlord). Looking at the pattern, B'kor might be an intelligence hero.
1A. Unknown mind controlling hero
Mentioned by Mars, Void Spirit, and Snapfire, there is an unknown hero who have an ability to mind control them. Although speculation run wild, B'kor have a fitting criteria since he has a cunning appearance. However all three have no mention of demon or other traits. Their response is basically mad to this hero because they are getting controlled. So I'll leave you to speculate about either this hero is B'kor or not.
2 Unknown bestial/savage hero
Also mentioned by these heroes again, there might be a savage hero and possibly another non-dialogue hero. These heroes share a common concept that this hero can't speak (pointed by Mars), and has beastly traits (also by Mars) or possibly a full animalistic appearance. From Mars perspective (his line of dialogue is barking at this hero), this hero could be either have a canine persona (which Mars taunt the beast) or feline persona (which Mars try to scare the beast away)
3. Sorla Khan
The name Sorla Khan had been rang for quite some time. Even introduced in that "Long Haul card game made by Valve" as one of their cards. Sorla Khan is a "Black hero card" who usually indicated as an assassin or glass cannon card. Her ability "Warmonger" and signature ability "Assault Ladder" might indicate that this was her ability for her in Dota 2. Those 2 ability basically a tower-pushing ability. Indicated by Pangolier and Dark Willow, Sorla is violent and unreasonable. Apparently an unknown hero might have a romantic connection with Mars. Indicated that Mars had a dialogue with unknown female hero, as she fits the criteria followed by Wraith King Arcana's response as well. Also worth mentioning that Sorla might have an initiating / charging ability.
4. Unknown technological weapon maniac hero
By looking at the pattern, this hero has a possibility to be a Keenfolk (since they are the only technological race in Dota 2) (Sniper, Timbersaw, Clockwerk, Alchemist's Rider, Tinker and Snapfire Race). Snapfire response shown that this hero is good at making weapon (so good that Snapfire is obsessed with this hero's product) BUT didn't put any black powder in them which might indicate that this hero uses non-explosive weapon as technology. Could either be steam engine, mechanical or even laser beam. Also rather worth mentioning, Wraith King's Arcana might indicate that this hero is tiny, which support the theory that this hero is another Keenfolk
