There’s two kinds of dispel, weak dispels and strong dispel.
All aggressive dispels are weak dispels.
Windrun is dispellable by any dispel.
Strong dispels only exist on defensive abilities like false promise and can dispel off most disables and debuffs.
what do u mean? its not purgable with diffusal anymore! am i wrong? or they changed diffusal to not purge at all

“Strong dispels are capable of removing everything a basic dispel can remove. On top of that, these can also remove many more status effects, including hard disables. Whether or not strong dispels can remove positive effects is unknown, since there is no source of strong dispel which can be applied on enemy units.”
Shadow Demon purge is a special dispel because it constantly triggers over the duration.
So you can’t use windrun or heal with Oracle on an ult’d target.

how purging works? more precisely is that jungle creep who have purge, dispelling windranger windrun? necro W? is it like the archer purge or its weaker?
