tbh I dont think you would get the farm to get an aghs on wisp unless you have really good midlaner or offlaner who can get you alot of space in early 20min (talking about t2 diving relo into winning a fight).
it is useful tho.
Yeah its not typical wisp, so not viable at competitive but still think its amazing on pubs.

Icefrog love io so bad! Holy shit not even in my wet dreams i couldn't think of that amazing upgrade.
This opening new whole way for us once again, it also could help standard wisp transition to mid and late game.
Is that strong? Worth rush? Probably not for t1 teams but this is absolutely making wisp way better in pubs.
