The only features im not sure if its good, for me casual player on 10k behaviour its useless, i just think a lot of ppl will use this in rage or so and than it will decrease your own player base.
I honestly think this will not last long,i don't remember when i would it actually use it.

Just avoiding them on my team would be great if I can go against them I will be pleased.

With basic math you can actually predict that you can "ban" a player from playing not only with you, but also versus you (on immortal at least).
Just need a couple ban from other people (you don't need many of them when there isn't a lot of player^^), and suddenly that person can never join any game (literally similar to a vax)

Seems like this will impact high mmr games the most.
With the way dota works, you run into all sorts of people. You win you lose. When you lose you’re very likely gonna want to pin the blame on someone. Someone’s going to flame. Reports happen so frequently because of this. Banning players are going to be just as frequent. Even if not deserved. This might create a dynamic where it becomes hard to find games for high mmr players because everyone would rather play with their ideal team.
Guys, this feature is avoid people from ally with you at future match or avoid meet people regardless he will be enemy or team?
