Minor tweaks nothing really changed, they just shifted things from "stupidly broken" to "situationaly broken if you dont have right answer for it"
I think lifestealer is fine, the changes didn't affect the core reason he is strong, his ridiculous laning that can't really be pressured without picking stuff like weaver/wr offlane.
they just buffed lycan when he was already really good. i think ursa got hit way harder than ls, 2 armor is a big deal for that hero
big buff for storm's laning too although i'm not sure how much it will matter

are you seriously thinking that midas gets worse when 20 gold will be missing from its active? They buy it for exp really
180 gold is still better than 0 gold it will help slow str farmers hit their item timings since neither maelstrom nor BF suits them, and them chilling 15 minutes with 3,8k gold waiting for that raidiance is just ridiculous in this meta and very punishable.
Midas is barely worth it, unless you a fat ogre player.

^You do realize theres like handful of heroes with decent BAT that can justify maelstrom right? Imagine Ursa with fucking maelstorm, his as is dogshit outside of swipes, but midas fixes it and makes him very good! Price is the same you just get more value with ursa midas than ursa maelstorm.
6 months left for storm to be buffed enough to be competitive and even dominate at TI. happens every year.
who else is going to get buffed all the way to TI?

I think maybe Warlock/SF maybe even QoP will get continuous small buffs up until TI. There are certain heroes that pop back up in the meta every TI and they always seem to be the popular or flashy heroes.
He accidentally forgot to include the buff to Bloodseeker that is needed to make the hero pickable. Oopsy.
Oh well there could be one more patch prior to TI. Or maybe next year after that, or 2021.
Meanwhile storm spirit is being buffed back into viability. Because there is nothing less fun than playing a game where a storm spirit snowballs out of control and you literally can't show in a fucking lane without him zipping on you from half way across the map to kill you. Smfh.
