You can report him on steam directly but judging how rampart boosters/smurfs/scripters/those fucking chinese 5stack are rampart i dont think Valve cares very much.

I just know that my teammate was cheating in game, playing on SkyMage (scripts and maphack or something that). Cheaters have no place in our game, so how can i report him?
