He got nerfed in 7.21... but to reference your comment about how good he was in that linked game, I think it was a pretty poor choice. Invoker and Void combo brilliantly against you, PA doesn't care about your (nerfed) armour + mobility as she'll stay on top of you regardless, and as you said, Doom can remove you from fights.
He's a situationally good pick against a predominantly melee/strength line up. Otherwise, I don't think he offers a huge amount.
He becomes trash and unable to snowball/initiate once enemies get silver edge, just like BB. I would have gone for crimson instead of pipe and what do you mean by "you have to remember specific tree paths"?
Change ur euls into lotus orb, it can remove negative status including break and he got benefit from +armor. You know timber doesnt need +ms dont you?
And for fuck sake, dont skip bloodstone. Dont buy euls and pipe cuz they got 4 physical carrier

So I've been playing this hero for 5ish matches now. I have not yet won with him. I dont know whats up with the hero but even if I dominate a game for like 75% of the time, the opponents always seem to get a comeback and end the game. Presumably the avg global 42% winrate is due to the specific playstyle it requires, but that still is really really low.

This match for example. Timbersaw was a really good pick here except for the Doom that got picked after my pick. Game ends because some teammates dont know the concept of buyback, and also have a limited knowledge of heroes. Timbersaw's mobility is not that great either when split push is happening. You have to use and remember specific tree paths and even then getting around can be quite costly.
In retrospect I probably shouldnt have bought blademail, and got sheepstick earlier instead. Bloodstone seemed superfluous after I got Euls.
Should I just discard this hero and get on with heroes that seem to fit the meta better? I want to get out of this bracket but it's undoable even with a winrate of 54%. Hero suggestions welcome (not the obvious https://www.dotabuff.com/heroes/winning list)
