Are you talking about a teammate picking brood? or the counterpart?
Well Brood is a good pick when you are at divine, pretty strong too...
But brood players in lower brackets like mine, suck....
Jungling........... Jungle if you have a support that stacks for you. Otherwise, don't stack yourself... its time consuming. stay on the lane... there are very good stackers at divine bracket, you already know that. :)
if u have no other hero to deal with brood u just go jungle when brood gets a spider army and meteor the wave whenever possible
You don’t win mid, switch with somebody in lane and hope they won’t feed as bad as you would have. Literally all you can do
I'm noob myself, but after I failed against a battlecup winner brood, I searched YouTube what happens to pro players.
Once arteezy was solo against brood, he died 2-3 times in the lane and his tower went off in 5-6 minutes.
One for sumiya, he had his ogre with him all the times in the lane.
So I think you'll always need a support in your lane. You can't win an invoker vs brood unless you're a smurf(I guess).

You won't get past level 3 or 4, invoker can't win that lane against a good brood. Start in a side lane and get someone who can handle brood to go mid. If you have no heroes that can handle brood well, try sending a melee hero with double stout shield, they'll survive for a bit longer. If you have no melee heroes, you already lost.

You are just prolonging your inevitable fate. Let her end the game and pray no brood will be picked next game. You will always loss to a broodmother on mid.
if your team still has a pick, pick one that’s good against brood and let that hero mid, while you go safelane invoker.
Recently i had a game where invoker saw brood and asked me to mid instead. As a Sven spammer, my farm skyrocketed in mid against brood (cleave and max storm hammer). Brood really sucks in lansing against Sven, and i imagine there’s many more that’s really good against brood mid like Tiny.
There’s a long list of heroes that shit on brood mid or at the very least come out favourably, just get someone who does better to go mid and send invo elsewhere
In pro games it's a team thing. In pub you try your best. Save your mana and spam meteor. Don't fight him, fight his spiderlings.
get in XP range and pray he misses denies. use spells to get ranged creeps??
stack and meteor neutrals?
abandoning mid is the best tip.
