watch as many games as u can from these ppl and learn their patterns. what they do every game repeatedly. for example deny range creep at start, stay in lane and do x till min a or level a, then do y after u got b, buy that item. roam there. etc. see what they do
Monitor all lanes and deny creep in the lane which is being pushed too far, most likely this would be the off lane.
Do not leech exp as much as possible since you can get exp from those sacrificed creeps.
Do not farm and rush buying any item since you only need a few item to have an impact. Buy utility items like urn, fs, or glimmer.
Always bring tp and know how to position well during clash.
