better just camera lock dude, how can u target spells? if both of your hands are on the keyboard
So when moving the camara your hands aren't on your spell binds hence it's hard to adjust what you see and cast spells at the same time.
I position my camera to where I want and then move my hands to target spells and use items. I believe that it slows me down.
Everything should be on a hot key.
Spells, items, courier etc.
I use edge pan but I play with very high mouse sensitivity.
I think there is a even more efficient way to move camera but edge pan works for me and it's close to perfect imo.
So I should change hotkeys so I could get a bit better? I mean the hotkeys Im currently using makes games hard for me.
Yeah just play a few unranked games while you get use to your new hot keys.
In the beginning it can get worse before it gets better especially if you do a big change.
No no no no no. Hotkeys are GOOD. They're not BAD. Use hotkeys. You'll quickly get used to it

Use whatever you really want, but, since using using arrow keys for moving camera view is in majority abandoned or flagged as not so good way of controlling camera view (not saying it is bad, some ppl may be doing miracles with it, I haven't tried it) you should switch to edge pan or camera drag options. Pick one, try 30 games, get used to it, enjoy dota.
i use arrows to move camera as well but keep in mind i have a laptop so i can keep both my thumbs on touchpad for camera movement and clicking mouse while 4 fingers on keys to cast spells / use items and my other 4 fingers on arrow keys (laptop model dell inspiron 3521 it has quite the good touchpad not so big but not small)
Im aware that its not really a good way but when I first played dota 2 I used arrow keys thats why it became a habit. My reactions are bit slower compared to others in my bracket since I use arrow keys. Anyways thanks for the suggestions
Maybe you should try play some other role, might be more suitable for that kind of camera view movements. Not sure, never tried, but never to late to try experiment.
I was wondering If my hotkeys are preventing me to get 4k since I hold my team back a bit because of my slower reactions
