No one in your bracket knows how to counter Arc. Once people you face people who are good at carrying (assuming they pick most melee cores) they will just rekt you so hard. For example a good slark player will build bkb and kill Arc eventhough if you are 6-item slotted.
arc is dogshit, he gets rekt by any kind of nuke or gap closing hero. He has shitty movementspeed, no real burst, shitty statsgain and is overall useless.
Strength gain reduced to 0.4
Agi gain reduced to 0.5
Int gain reduced to 0.6
Base damage reduced to 36
BAT increased by 0.5 second
Tempest double does not replicate item active ability
