These aren't even real teams most of the time. They're just people who want to play mid or safelane carry every match so they ask higher MMR players to support them every game.

I am part of a 4k team that is looking for two new members. (p4/3 and p5)
The requirements to join the team are as follows:
You must be above 4k mmr
You must be a fluent English speaker and able to play on US east servers
You must be able to play at least 2 games a day between the times 3pm-10pm EST (weekend schedule is different)

Edit: Yes i know im not 4k. I was 4k until 2 days ago as ive been on a bit of a losing streak, but the other two ppl on the team who told me to make this thread are both above 4.5k and told me that 4k needed to be the cutoff.
