The new Solo Queue Option only comes if you spend 10$ on Steam Wallet. New update. 
Same here NO Solo only option and NOT yet are all accounts sign in with their number, what a Cake from Valve.
NVm found it as well really really it's like pls play on 2 other servers that you don't want all over again.
