^ you go to advanced setting and check off the box that says "solo match making" or smth like that, you ll see it, just look for it in settings
go to option, advanced setting and look for the one that says restrict to solo match matching

1. Smurfs will be much less due to the fact that you'd require a phone number to play Ranked now!
2. Solo Ranked is much better now with the choice to avoid playing with Party Players. This means I can abuse lack of teamwork of teammates without the fear of them actually being in a party!
3. Feeders will (probably) ALWAYS be punished by the matchmaking system from now on. I'm always happy to see more reasons to NOT feed and ruin games.
4. Party MMR matches would feel less like pubstomps from now on (I think)
5. Players with bad behavior are punished even more since after low prio, they'll have to wait for quite some time before going back to Ranked! Is Valve finally starting to kill toxicity?
So what do you guys think about this new update? I'd like to hear what you'd guys think
