Yes some games are quite hard to win, but if you deserve higher mmr you'll win more than you lose, so no big deal
I'm a legit 2k player coming from 1k on a 21 win streak about to hit 3k with a total 81% win rate. My account proves your logic is flawed (along with countless other accounts).

You are never expected to hit 3k with 100% winrate.
If you go on a winstreak usually you'll get retarded teammates, but from my experience its only for one match

Coming from 1200, I can easily say that 1000 mmr and 2800 mmr and two totally different brackets. And the thing is, yes, it is hard to climb mmr if you don't belong in a higher mmr. What sucks about that is you have to be 500-1000 mmr higher to carry and win 55%+.
storm and ember is the way to go. enemy picked am or silencer-ember pick. enemy picked sf, od, tinker or viper- storm pick. this is my strategy even at 3k and i went through 2k childs play with ember only. i had to widen my hero pool to 2 (storm include) in 3k cuz ember spam can be countered there
