I guess it depends on whether you need more damage against the enemy or more survivability with the spell lifesteal.
I cannot tell you definitely I don't play carry, but this is my thought.
Depends on style of player. I build BoT after Radiance, then Drum of Endurance, Manta.
octarine probably, most SEA naga spammers get octarine 2nd. you'd get a manta because of cheaper components, but overall octarine is more useful

I really dislike D2Bowie. not only does he have that horrible accent, which I usually don't mind but in his case it distracts me. But he also talks about extremely situational situations, as if you can learn from them.
"Here we see rtz being very smart again. Despite only having 50% of his health he decides to go in, because he just just saw on the minimap that the enemy is alone blah blah."
Where in his stream artour actually says yolo, says that he might die if anybody comes even close.
Only thing I've learned here as a 2k player is that I might do risky stuff if I know what I'm doing. But I don't, do I?
^ i mean i dont think rtz always has to say his whole thought process aloud, and his analysis is sound. Plus everyone can figure out rather easily what do in regular cases, fringey cases, the cases where a bad player wud lose but a good player wud win, is where this knowledge comes in handy.
i think bowie clips are good for 2k but for me i mostly recpnize then and understand but maybe dont use it or never happen
but as 2k u can learn next lvl plays from Bowie
Manta first. Then, I still believe that Diffusal Blade is the next best choice. And after that it is up to you.
Octa is way way better for teamfighting, and for split pushing, and manta is only necessary that early when u need a dispel badly.
It depends how fast you can build the Radiance, If you are really ahead of your enemies you can go yasha first then travel. But if you think you are having a delay getting Radiance you should buy travel after Rad.
