No valve does not detect ur main account when u are playing on new account ! And u ll get mmr according to ur gameplay ! If u playbetter on new acc u might get +500-600mmr more than ur main .Some time ago some ppl believed that mmr u get is linked to ur email id or like that so even u smurf u ll get mmr around ur main (lol) , This is not true ,gl in smurfing

Im just confused if u make another lets says ur main is 3800 mmr and u make another account does valve detect your main account and when u calibrated ur new account the mmr is still same as your main?
